Reservations: held only with a valid credit card # and expiration date

Advanced Payment: is required upon check-in

No Personal or Business Checks Accepted

We Accept Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards, and traveler’s checks.

Cash is Accepted With ID and Valid Credit Card #

Check-in: 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.  There is no check-in after 10 p.m.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Guests leaving after 10 a.m. are charged for another day

Cancellation Policy – Notify us 72 hours prior to your arrival of any cancellation or change (shorten reservation by one day, etc.) to your reservation, and there are no charges.  If you give us less than a 72 hour notice and we are still able to rent the room for the duration of your reservation, a fee of $20/night of your reservation is all that is charged.  If we are unable to rent your room, the cancellation fee is the full price of the room for each night of your reservation that it is not rented.  72 hour notice example:  A reservation for July 17 would require cancellation by 2:00 p.m. on July 14 to avoid any charges.

• This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  We are not responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

• All accommodations are completely non-smoking – no exceptions. Guests are responsible for a $150/night cleaning fee if management determines they have smoked in the room.  Butt buckets are located around the property for smoking outside.

• Cooking is not allowed in rooms, except by microwave. Cooking odors are difficult to remove. Guests are responsible for a $150/night cleaning fee if management determines they have cooked in the room.  An outdoor cooking area is available on the patio next to the office.  There is a gas grill with an additional “stove-top” burner available, free of charge for guest use.

• There is an automatic $30 charge per person for undeclared guests.
